This is a 1967 Princess that we are selling on behalf of a colleague of ours in Ireland who I sold the car to a few years ago but who has decided to retire from the wedding business.

These are very popular dual purpose wedding cars being able to take up to seven bridesmaids to the church and then return for the Bride.

The car was re-sprayed in Old English white and black at the time and still looks excellent.

The bodywork is extremely good, straight and blemish free. All the doors are solid and the steps are all solid and faced in chequer plate.

This car was furnished with a completely new, re-trimmed ivory leather interior a couple of years ago. It has had very little use and is still looking as new. The carpets were also renewed in burgundy with ivory piping around the edges and a new west of England cloth headlining was installed.

Mechanically the engine has good oil pressure, it is fitted with working power steering and it has passed all the relevant tests in Ireland for the private hire license. The car appears to have had recent new gear linkage joints so the gear change lever is easy to operate and the tyres are all good and it has just been serviced.

We will provide the car with a new UK MOT and we will also have the car re-registered in the UK for any UK buyer. Quirkily, the car had a 1973 'L reg' when we had it as that was when it was first registered in the UK. The car was probably on ministry number plates prior to that. This may account for why the car was in such good condition underneath and bodily as these cars were generally well looked after in the forces or the CD. Basically a very well presented car that is ready to go straight to work on weddings.
